Mr. Guo Chao, born in April 1986, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and holds a master’s degree in Management from Fudan University. He started his career as a financial management trainee at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (China) Ltd. from July 2009 to October 2015. He served as financial manager at General Electric (China) Co., Ltd. from November 2015 to January 2018, and was a financial partner at Synopsys Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from January 2018 to November 2019. He has been financial director of the Overseas Business Unit of MicroPort® since November 2019, and supervisor of Endovastec™ since November 2023.
