Mr. Qiu Genyong, born in 1977, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and holds a master’s degree in Laws from Renmin University of China. He successively served as legal manager and legal director of the Legal Department and of Haier Group from August 1998 to March 2008; manager of the Legal Department of Zhejiang ReneSola Ltd. from April 2008 to July 2009; successively as legal director, senior director and executive director of WuXi AppTec (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from July 2009 to November 2014; secretary of the Board of Directors of Shanghai SynTheAll Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from November 2014 to March 2019; and executive director of the Legal Department of Shanghai SynTheAll Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from April 2019 to April 2022. Currently, Mr. Qiu serves as vice president and secretary of the Board of Directors of Endovastec™.
